We finally got snow

There has been a few times now the news has told us we would be getting snow..... well we didn't even get a drizzle of rain.   So a day before Valentines we woke up to snow!!!!!! it was a school day and well I am from sunny So Cal and we don't wake up to snow unless we travel to the mountains :))) I would not drive in it and I was not going to let Persaus ride the bus ( thank God I didn't because I was reading the post from our local news on Facebook and a bus was stuck a few miles from her school.  We had lots of fun playing in the snow.  We didn't have as much as last year- we were snowed in for a week and this year school was still open.  I invited some friends over to play.  We had fun till I had to do some hair :)

 I filled water bottles with water and the food color they each picked out and they painted the snow

 The day before Valentines...... so I sent it to Brian :)
