I really REALLY really want to go to Fiji with Brian sometime soon.  Praying and asking God to get us there I think is wishful thinking......... but for now this picture remains on my dream board.

I can already picture us here in this hotel room!!!! I told Brian I am going to start saving 10 pennies every paycheck and we will get there soon lol!!!!!

PERSAUS CELEBRATING HER 5TH BIRTHDAY

I THANK GOD EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR MY SWEET BABY GIRL, I AM BEYOND GRATEFUL 5 YEARS AGO TODAY BRIAN AND I WERE BLESSED WITH PERSAUS, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR LITTLE BUTTERFLY!!!!!!!!

THIS MORNING I WENT INTO HER ROOM AT 630 TO WAKE HER UP FOR THE DAY AND SHE WAS ALREADY OPENING HER EYES AND HAD A JOYFUL SMILE ON HER FACE AND HER AND I WENT AND SAT ON THE COUCH, I WATCHED HER OPEN CARDS THAT CAME IN THE MAIL FOR HER.  THANK YOU PAPA AND MIMI MARTINEZ AND AUNT CHERYL :)  WHEN SHE SAW THE 5 DOLLARS FALL OUT OF HER CARD SHE SAID " I DIDN'T KNOW THERE WAS DOLLARS IN IT" I LOVE HOW THE SMALLEST THINGS MAKE PERSAUS SO FULL OF JOY!!!!  AFTER BREAKFAST AND GETTING HER DRESSED WE STILL HAD TIME SO I ASKED IF SHE WANTED ME TO CURL HER HAIR, SHE LOVED THAT! THEN WE GOT JAYDEN OFF TO SCHOOL AND HER AND I WENT TO HER SCHOOL. PERSAUS FRIEND AND MY DEAR FRIENDS DAUGHTER HAD AN APPOINTMENT TODAY TO MAKE SURE INTERNALLY SHE IS HEALTHY, SO PERSAUS AND I SAID A PRAYER FOR ERIN, AS I WAS PRAYING I PEEKED INTO THE REAR VIEW MIRROR TO SEE HOW TUNED IN PERSAUS WAS WITH BOWING HER HEAD AND CLOSING HER EYES, BUT THE CUTENESS OF WATCHING HER WAS HER PEEKING HER EYES OPEN TO SEE IF I WAS WATCHING HER THEN HER SAYING AT THE END OF PRAYER "IN JESUS WONDERFUL AND AMAZING NAME, AMEN" LOUD FOR ALL THE WORLD TO HERE!!!!
I HELPED IN THE OFFICE TODAY, I REALLY ENJOY BEING AT HER SCHOOL ALL DAY, I WISH I COULD STAY IN JAYDEN'S CLASS TOO BUT HE IS IN THE 4TH GRADE AND ITS A LOT FASTER PACE, I DO HELP WITH PARTIES AND FIELD TRIPS :)  WE DROVE HOME LISTENING TO OUR FAVORITE CHRISTIAN STATION.  WHEN WE GOT HOME I MADE PERSAUS HER BIRTHDAY LUNCH....... SHE CHOSE A HEART SHAPED PEANUT BUTTER N GRAPE JELLY SANDWICH, PINEAPPLE, GREEN BEANS AND CHEESE PUFFS.

PERSAUS PLAYED SO WELL AS I ORGANIZED MY FILING CABINET THEN WE WENT TO PICK JAYDEN UP.  PERSAUS IS BABYSITTING OUR FRIENDS DOG FOR THE WEEK AND THEY BOTH CAME AND LAID NEXT TO ME AND PERSAUS ASKED ME TAKE A PICTURE......

WE ENJOYED AN AFTERNOON OF PLAYING OUTSIDE WITH OUR NEIGHBORS.  WE INVITED THEM OVER FOR PERSAUS BIRTHDAY DINNER..... PERSAUS ASKED FOR BREAKFAST FOR DINNER...... WE ATE....... WAFFLES MADE WITH MY NEW FAVORITE HOMEMADE WAFFLE BATTER (THE RECIPE WILL BE UP ON MY COOKBOOK BLOG SOOOOOON) MADE IN MY NEW WAFFLE MAKER!!!! BACON, EGGS, HASH BROWNS, AND BACON WRAPPED PANCAKES (A PINTEREST RECIPE) A BLOG THAT I AM NOW FOLLOWING THAT I AM IN LOVE WITH HER HOMEMADE CRAFTS AND FOOD.
 AFTER OUR FRIENDS LEFT BRIAN HELPED ME GET THE KIDS READY FOR BED AS I PULLED PERSAUS GIFTS OUT THAT WERE FROM BRIAN, JAYDEN AND I AND FROM PAPA AND MIMI MARTINEZ.  WE GOT HER TWO NEW PAIRS OF BABY DOLL SHOES, SHE ALWAYS TALKS ABOUT MINE SO WE GOT HER SOME OF HER OWN, A HELLO KITTY SHIRT, A REALLY CUTE BEANIE THAT BRIAN HAS BEEN WANTING TO GET HER, A HELLO KITTY NECKLACE AND BRACELET, AND I LIP GLOSS CASE THAT HAS PUPPIES ON THE FRONT.  BRIAN AND WERE LOOKING AT SOME OTHER LIGHT COLORED MAKEUP WHEN HE QUICKLY SAID NO I DON'T WANT HER WEARING MAKE UP AND I ALSO AGREED SO WE GOT HER LIP GLOSS.  PAPA AND MIMI GAVE HER TWO PUZZLES WHICH SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS GOING TO BE ABLE TO PUT TOGETHER TONIGHT, SO TOMORROW THE PUZZLES WILL BE THE FIRST THING HER AND I DO :)

answered prayers

The begining of this year I began to pray asking for God to guide Brian and I in the direction of paying off all our debt and starting fresh and start paying cash for EVERYTHING!!! well yesterday I was praying and asked God to give me a scripture and he told me Luke 3:17..... I quickly opened up my Bible on my phone to read the message...... it is........ He is ready to separate the chaff from the wheat with his winnowing fork.  Then he will clean up the threshing area, gathering the wheat into his barn but burning the chaff with never ending life.   I text to of my dear friends here in OK to ask them to break it down for me...... My friend Wendy sent me the translated message which is........ He's going to clean house - make a clean sweep of our lives.  He'll place everything true in its proper place Before God; everything false he'll put out with the trash to be burned. Can I get a WOW with TEARS rolling down my face as this is exactly what I have been asking from God!!!!!!  I know God knows exactly how each of our lives are planned out and he knows exactly what we will pray for before we pray.  It has been almost a year since I have felt him sooo close to me as it was my fault for not opening up the bible and going to Church regularly, but that has changed this year and our focus is 100% God first!!!!!!!  first thing this morning I prayed and asked God to open my arms and wrap my arms around what he wants me to do today and he said to write a list from smallest to biggest debt to pay off and every week we will pay or debt.      THANK YOU LORD FOR YOUR WORD, THANK YOU FOR HELPING BRIAN AND I BECOME DEBT FREE, THANK YOU LORD FOR OPENING OUR HEARTS TO HELP OTHERS, THANK YOU LORD FOR WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE DONE FOR EACH AND EVERY HUMAN BEING!!!!! YOUR AN AWESOME GOD!!!!!

WE WILL NEVER KNOW HOW MUCH IT COST TO SEE HIS GRACE UPON THE CROSS!!!!!!

Persaus 5th Birthday Party

First........ I still am in shock that our baby is turning 5....... These 5 years have been sooooooooo exciting, fun, challenging, Joy, so much love, patient, she makes us laugh, our house is full of pink and purple, and her love for animals :) Persaus is our "baby" yes Brian and I still refer her to as our "baby" both kids will always be our babies!!!!! Persaus is in Pre-k, she is doing very well in her class!!! every couple weeks I ask the teacher if there is something that is more advanced then what they are working on that I can do with Persaus at home.  Right now the class is working on memorizing the alphabet which Persaus already knows :) so at home we are working on sight words!!!  Today I asked the director some fun ways to help Persaus learn her words and she said lay them on the ground and say a word and have her stomp on the right word :) We like to call Peraus our "little Farmer" her love for animals is so funny to watch, her favorite animal right now is little dogs, we have two friends that have small dogs and she asks Brian and I all the time for a little dog!! We have a 105lb dog that is enough for our family right now :)  Persaus is the cutest little girl ever!!!! I told her this year she should turn 2 and let me freeze her so she doesn't grow up..... she smiled and said no mom I want to be 5  She wants to be a cheerleader this year when brother plays football.  Persaus loves Hello Kitty, Lolaloopsy, strawberry shortcake, she loves to watch Tom and Jerry, coloring, painting, her dog game on her leap pad, playing outside ( I always say if we had a tint outside, her and Jayden would probably live in it)

  This year I decided to have her Birthday theme "Winter Wonderland"  I was at a neighbors house, she had this box with carpet protector.  I asked her if I could have it as I wanted to lay it on our tile floor to make a pretend ice skating rink for the girls.  It was perfect!!! I made a happy birthday sign that Brian and I put down under the plastic.  The day went perfect and Persaus and her friends all had a great time!!!!

Soooo I am 10 days behind on my one year bible plan, this is nothing to be proud of :((( but I am and will continue to pray about it, if God speaks to me differently than my own personal plan to read the bible in one year...... Then he will tell me :) but psalm 15 stuck out to me tonight.....

Birthday sign

I have a passion for the new big craze on Pinterest, I follow lots of people, and I enjoy the people that share there ideas in ALL aspects of life.  So as I was laying in bed half a sleep I thought of this idea.....

I bought a 12x12 scrapbook frame, it only came in black at Hobby Lobby so I spray painted it today with...... white paint ( yes I love WHITE Paint, lol)
I chose 3 different scrapbook papers today that had snowflakes to go with our theme for Persaus Party....
I also purchased black scrapbook letters to write my lil saying on the frame......
After I was completely finished I used one of our dry erase markers to write the number 5 and Persaus wanted to hold it for a picture, but for her party I will put it on my cook book stand..............

I love that I came up with this idea as it can be used for every birthday!!!!! all you have to do is change the paper to match your party theme and write the birthday!!!! I am REALLLLY proud of myself :)

Just Dance

Persaus got Just Dance 2 for Christmas and her and her friend Maddie get there groove on to it.... it's really cute to watch.

Pizza night

Jayden had 4 friends stay the night, they are all brothers.  I decided to make a pizza bar so they could all make there own pizza.  This is usually what I do when we have lots of kids over.  They LOVED making there own pizza!!!!!!!  The dough is a homemade recipe I found on a website that I am really enjoying that all her ingredients are fresh and made from scratch.
