Jayden

Jayden is growing tooo fast and turning into a boy!!!! but he does still let me call him "baby J"  Jayden came home with his progress report from school and is doing really well and is adjusting great out here in Oklahoma :)))  One day when I picked him up from school he said "mom.... I am like the most popular kid at my school" I said with a little chuckle " and what makes you say that" "mom.... everyone knows my name"  I smiled and told him if I was his age I would want to be his friend because he is soo uplifting, and helpful and includes everyone, and such a great friend!!!!!  the areas that he needs work in is penmanship, but I have talked with a lot of my friends with boys and they say there boys hand writing is sloppy too.  Jayden is now writing in cursive in school and that's all they are allowed to do and his penmanship is a lot nicer :))  Jayden loves to be outside playing football with the boys and skateboarding.  He is into the Tech Dech skateboards and now trade them with other friends.  Living in Oklahoma his allergies have been getting the best of him and we have been trying to keep up.... as of today I can say its finally under control, with a little help of a new doctor we found out here that we so far really like!!!!  its crazzzzzzy to think that if we stay in Oklahoma Jayden only has 1 more year of Elementary-ahhhhh!!!! yes they start middle school in the fifth grade :(((  Brian and I are sooo proud of Jayden and all of his hard work.

Ellen Degeneres and Jay Leno

WOW!!!!!!! What an AMAZING and a CRAZY adventure I think we all have EVER been on!!!!!  My little sister invited me, Angie and Jessica to go with her to see the taping of the Ellen show... Our morning started out with the best.... chick-fil-e and a LONG wait under the parking structure in a spot for Ellen viewers :)))  We got and Ellen water, and we were very lucky to have been seated in the front row and we made it on NATIONAL TELEVISION a few times :)))  Ellen is an amazing beautiful lady and very funny.  The surprise guest was Justin Bieber who I had heard of but did not know what he looked like and Saylor my niece LOVES him so for my sister Angie to be able to be inches from him during the taping was so AWESOME.  Ellen gave us his new book!!!!  Ellen also gave us the new sorry spinners game ( my kids LOVE sorry)  we watched Ellen interview Sophia ( Gloria on the Modern Family) She is gorgeous and funny!!!! Ellen interviewed an 8 year old boy who came up with the idea of silly clipz and YES of coarse I got them for my kids

After the show we went to The cheesecake Factory and as we walked in lots of camera crew were around but we didn't see any one we recognized we thought it was a commercial or something.  when we left we were running around in front of the restaurant and Angie was on the 3rd floor up when she called us to say Jay Leno was right behind us.... we were maybe 5 feet from him:))  Jessica and I had our minds on finding Ali's wallet she lost ( that's why we were running around)  we found the wallet it was in her wheel chair :)))  Jay's producers came up to us and asked what we did for a living and with Jessica working at Costco they LOVED that and he interviewed her and let me take pictures of her with him!!!!!! Jessica is GOOD-LUCK!!!!!

There is SOOOO MUCH MORE to this story that has a HUGE WOOOOW to it but will forever be in us girls hearts that maybe we will be open to share.... not at this moment in life :)))))))  HA HA HA maybe you will see us on TV again :)))))

Halloween

We have never gone trick-or-treating.... let me state that we have only gone to our neighbors so all the old people could see the kids.  We went to our block party with the fire department and police and lots of candy and treats.... very small since we are in a small town and it was the most awkward moment for both Brian and I so we walked back to our neighbors house like 5 houses from the block party and us moms took our kids and went down a few streets then back home to lets the kids play and they all wanted to pass out candy more than going house to house.  It was CRAZZY the streets were flooded and about 7-10 kids at every time continuously for 2 hours straight.  Also the city sets the date and times kids are allowed to participate and it was on Saturday the 30th from 6-9pm that was a little different (hard to explain)

Support our football team

Every Friday night is High School football and we went to support our home team the Elgin Owls :))) we were freezing but the kids had fun playing with there friends on the field

Pre-shool Halloween Party

Persaus had her first Halloween party at school and parents are always welcom :)))  I saw these cups on another blog that they said they purchased from Etsy... I couldn't find them so with the help of Hobby Lobby I made them myself :)))

I didn't take a lot of pictures of all the students I didn't know if I could.... but this little guy was in my picture cause Persaus asked him he wanted me to open his cake....

TuTu bed skirt

Racking my brain on a craft I could do.... a TuTu bed skirt for Persaus instead of buying one at pottery barn and only cost me under 10 dollars.  We also just got her this new bed :)))  Now I am trying to find the right new bedding that I like.... It only took 2 years for us to find the bed we wanted for Persaus!!!!

I have purchased some other cute things to add to her room I will post soon :))))

HUH dogs!!!!

Driving in town we stopped at park were the ducks are in a huge pond and prairie-dogs...... yes I had nooo idea what they were and I have noooo idea how to spell it???!!!!??? There is millions and they just sit up and eat and run back into there holes....

Brian party :)))

Brian is 30 now!!!! and whats more fun than having a party..... having a surprise party!!!!!  He thought it was all for the kids but really it was all for him.... he kicked his friends out that showed up early which they later returned and after about and hour of him still not noticing that the party was for him I had to tell him and then he was alright with all the guys here!!!!!!  I served a Nacho bar and am soooo bummed that I didn't get a lot of pictures but the memory in our hearts will be there forever

Brian and I spent hours on this tree a few days before the party..... it didn't last :((( so we tore it down....  wait till I post our thankful tree that would last a lifetime :))))

talk about well behaved boys our friends here in Elgin are amazing and have the most well behaved, well mannered, and very cute kids.... Zachary, Gage and Logan.... I they didn't come hours before the party and helped there would be no party :)))))

The boys stayed the night and I made them a gourmet breakfast they said they hadn't had a good breakfast like this in a LONG time :)))  thank you again boys for all your help :)))
